 Please read over our policies to help us ensure top quality service:

  • Late Policy

    We ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period for all services timed at 25 minutes or more, however, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Canceling your appointment same day will result in 50% of the service fee being charged to the card on file. No call/No show will result in 100% of the service fee charged to the card on file.

    If you would like to cancel or reschedule, please use the link provided via booking you may also call or text us during business hours. We understand that life happens and things do come up, all we ask is that you communicate with us when they do.

  • Guests & Children

    Extra guests & children are not allowed in the room unless they're being serviced. All minors being serviced must be accompanied by an adult as well as have a parental consent form signed at the time of service.
